What the BETA list records
When you request early access, Stacking4Storms records your email address, any optional name and interest you provide, your consent, your 18-or-older confirmation, the submission time, and a receipt number. Security metadata is stored as one-way hashes to help prevent automated abuse; the signup record does not store your raw IP address.
How it is used
We use this information only to manage StormConnect early access, contact you about the BETA, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and respond to your requests. We do not sell the early-access list.
Your choice
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your early-access record, or withdraw your consent, by emailing social@stacking4storms.ca. Include your receipt number if you have it. Records are reviewed while the BETA is active and are not kept longer than needed for these purposes.
